What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with contractors and vendors
- Enter and process orders, prepare quotes, and track shipments
- Recommend products and upsell based on project needs
- Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure delivery timelines
- Build relationships with repeat customers and resolve issues quickly
- Stay current on inventory, new product lines, and supplier offerings
- Use CRM tools to manage accounts and follow-ups
What You Bring To The Table
- 2–5 years in inside sales, preferably in construction/building supply or a related industry
- Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with trade clients
- High attention to detail — you double check the double check
- Experience with order entry systems, MS Office, and CRMs
- You can juggle quotes, customer calls, and inventory updates without breaking a sweat
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
