Job Description
An established and growing manufacturer-distributor in the building products industry is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead strategic sales efforts across NYC and the surrounding metro. What You’ll Do:
- Lead regional sales strategy for building supply products across NYC metro
- Manage, coach, and grow a team of field reps and inside sales associates
- Develop key customer relationships with contractors, builders, and distributors
- Track KPIs, manage pipeline reporting, and collaborate with leadership
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product
What You Bring:
- 5 years in building materials, construction supply, or related field sales
- Proven leadership skills—either current team lead or strong individual contributor ready for management
- Knowledge of commercial construction buyers (GCs, architects, contractors)
- CRM and pipeline management expertise
- Entrepreneurial energy and gritty sales DNA
