Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and remodeling, with hands-on experience in various installation tasks. Must have prior wet space experience in bathroom remodeling.
Responsibilities
- Must have valid Driver's License, Insurance and reliable transportation. Truck and trailer is a plus.
- Perform Walk-in Tub and/or Safety Shower installation with precision and care to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Execute drywall and plaster work, ensuring smooth finishes and adherence to specifications.
- Engage in remodeling projects, collaborating with team members to achieve project goals.
- Conduct construction painting tasks, applying paint and finishes according to design requirements.
- Utilize welding techniques when necessary for specific installation needs.
- Operate hand tools safely and efficiently for various installation tasks.
- Carry out finishing work as required, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in installation work, drywall, plastering, remodeling, construction painting, hand tools usage, and trim finishing.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
- A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per week
