Duties/ Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work in financial program serving low-income adults with disabilities
- Professional customer service
- Set up, monitor and accurately maintain consumer accounts
- Timely payment of bills
- Monitor and respond to changes in the consumer's budget
- Process all rep payee forms, bills and mail to be scanned, shredded, or filed
- Complete general office duties (i.e. data entry, typing, filing, faxing, emailing, etc.)
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred basic knowledge of social security benefits & budget management
- Preferred passion for working with people with disabilities
- Experience with basic office and computer skills
Qualifications:
- Take initiative & work independently in Duluth office
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Maintain confidentiality
- Dependable
- Accept and adapt to changes
- Professionally solve problems effectively
- Make and verify calculations accurately
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Multi-task, manage time, prioritize and work efficiently under multiple deadlines
- Pass background study

- $13.50-15.00/hour
- $500.00 Hire Bonus after 6 months of employment
