Hands on manager overseeing the maintenance and housekeeping departments. Ensures building and grounds are well maintained. Ensures compliance with industry standards and codes. Maintains and order supplies. Completes daily work orders. Maintains relationship with vendors. Collaborates with Marketing Director on unit turns. Special projects as assigned.
Prior supervisory experience a must. Electrical and plumbing experience required. Excellent communication skills required and ability to interact with seniors. Background check conducted.
