- Monitor and document residents' health status, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate staff members.
- Support residents in participating in social activities and community engagement opportunities.
- Uphold resident rights by respecting their privacy, dignity, and choices at all times.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
Experience
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or in assisted living is not required, we will train.
- Background in social work or home care can be beneficial for understanding the needs of residents.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential for success in this role.
