Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues.
• Repair or replace damaged fixtures, fittings, and appliances as needed.
• Utilize tools and equipment effectively, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with other team members on larger projects as required.
• Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized.

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Familiarity with electrical systems, plumbing, and general repair techniques.
