No experience necessary. This is an entry-level position with extensive training and support in science-based teaching therapies.
Build a relationship with 4 children and young adults with varying intellectual disabilities; and support them in becoming more independent in all areas of life. Work in a unique home environment with a team of other therapy technicians, multiple support staff, and a community of people who are working together to make a lasting difference in the lives of those we support.

Current Positions Available:
- Full-time PM position 2 PM-10 PM
- Starts at an average of $2,595 per month with attendance bonus added after first full month of employment making the pay an average of $2,941 per month (based on 173 hours her month worked)
-Note: days off are not Saturday and Sunday

Minimum Qualifications*:
-High school diploma
-19 years or older
-An acceptable driving record with 3 or less violations and no alcohol related violations
-A clear background check (can be completed upon hiring)
-Must be able to work a variety of days and hours, including weekends and some holidays
-Fluency in reading, speaking, writing, and reading English
-Ability to take direction from a team leader
-Effective communication skills
-Be vaccinated for COVID 19; or provide documentation of either medical or religious exemption.
