Position Summary
This position is responsible for imaging, scanning, retrieval, sorting and distribution of all mail for Suffolk Operations. Accountable for maintaining files and weekly reporting of all incoming mail to various departments.
Essential Functions
- Preparation of documents for scanning and indexing
- Scan attached and non-attached claims for multiple clients.
- Scan medical records for multiple clients.
- Quality assurance of all scanned documents
- Organize and maintain files related to imaging area.
Education and Experience
- High School or GED required.
Required Skills
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.
- PC Skills and knowledge of MS Word / Excel required.
