Position Summary
The Fulfillment Clerk is responsible for processing all care management member, provider letters and documents, including printing, inserting, sorting, and mailing, as well as related documentation in eCare. Assists in maintaining office supplies and assisting with other projects as needed.
Essential Functions:
- Accurately processes all member, provider letters and documents as requested by Care Assistants, Community Outreach Coordinators and Care Managers, as well as other ILS-CA staff
- Properly document all mailings in eCare
- Prepares daily mailings and delivers to post office or receptacle, as appropriate
- Prepares shipments of IT equipment and other supplies. Schedules pick-up by and/or facilitates drop-offs at delivery services
- Coordinates the printing and binding of large documents including, but not limited to handbooks, presentations, meeting materials, flyers and training content
- Assists in the preparation of orders for office supplies for approval
- Organize and maintain supplies stored within in the storage cabinet
- Assists with setup and take down for office events
- Assesses facility needs and escalates as needed
- Receives, inventories, and stores office and special event supplies
- Assists with pick-up and processing of incoming mail
- Operate machines that print, copy, collate, fold, and insert for mailing
- Operate machines that affix postage and mailing labels
- Maintain postage supply to ensure adequate availability for required mailings
- Delivering Records requested boxes and files to the appropriate employees
- Performs other duties as required or assigned
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year of experience
