About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Independent Living Systems (ILS). ILS, along with its affiliated health plans known as Florida Community Care and Florida Complete Care, is committed to promoting a higher quality of life and maximizing independence for all vulnerable populations. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for working with the Vice President of Project Management, project managers, and functional areas to ensure the successful coordination and completion of assigned project tasks. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that assigned project tasks are met and that all stakeholders are kept informed of project progress.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management
- Ability to coordinate multiple project tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- PMP certification
- Experience in the Health Care Services industry
- Experience with change orders and project plan revisions
- Proficiency in project management software
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project tasks
- Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines
- Coordinate and monitor assigned project tasks and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate special projects as assigned
