About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Independent Living Systems (ILS). ILS, along with its affiliated health plans known as Florida Community Care and Florida Complete Care, is committed to promoting a higher quality of life and maximizing independence for all vulnerable populations. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects within the given timeline and budget. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that all project requirements are met and that all stakeholders are kept informed of project progress. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
- 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification
- Experience in the Health Care Services industry
- Experience with change orders and project plan revisions
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities and ensure that all project requirements are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Ensure that all project documentation is complete and up-to-date
