INFRA is looking for a Technology & Data Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives in a mission-driven environment. If you're passionate about delivering intuitive, user-friendly solutions while keeping projects on time, on budget, and aligned with business goals, this is the role for you!
As the Technology & Data Project Manager, you'll balance the art of user-focused design with the science of effective project execution. You'll work closely with internal teams, INFRA members, and technology partners to deliver solutions that reduce friction and enhance engagement. This is a dynamic, collaborative role where your organizational skills, technical expertise, and ability to connect with stakeholders will drive meaningful outcomes.
This position is part of our hybrid workforce, currently working Tue, Wed, and Thur in our St Paul MN HQ office.
What you'll own and improve :
Project Planning & Execution
- Provide project leadership by establishing vision and goals, communication, stakeholder engagement, and being an adoption driver and team coach.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
- Project Management - roadmap, budget, resource allocation, documentation, & communication. Keep folks connected and keep projects on track, in budget, and top quality.
- Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying solutions to keep projects on track.
- Integrate member experience with technology- balance form and function to create the best member experience. Advocate for smart solutions with delightful look and feel.
- Build process maps that clearly outline processes derived from stakeholder requirements that can be clearly understood by software development teams.

Position details
Location : INFRA HQ at least 3 days / week on Tue, Wed, Thur.
Reporting : Reports to the Director of Technology
Status : Full-time exempt
Travel requirements : Occasional travel (up to 5%) may be required.
Salary info : TP1 $65,000-$80,000-$95,000
