As our Executive Coordinator of Healthcare Operations, you’ll be the backbone of our leadership team—keeping things running smoothly, helping grow our programs, and making a real impact on people’s lives. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same! You’ll juggle executive support, program coordination, sales, and marketing while working alongside an awesome team that’s just as passionate as you are.

Key Responsibilities
- Work side-by-side with the President to keep operations on track.
- Oversee wellness programs, home care services, and staffing initiatives.
- Lead exciting marketing and outreach efforts to grow our reach.
- Coordinate staff schedules and help build an amazing team.
- Plan and execute corporate wellness initiatives.
- Keep records organized and assist with billing and compliance.
Requirements:
