I am an Independent Recruiter for a great opportunity for a few new sales pros in your area. 2024 was a great year for our company and we are looking for new sales pros to make 2025 even better!
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Pool Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for consulting with clients, and closing sales on custom pool solutions. Your goal is to provide expert guidance, ensuring customers find the perfect pool design that meets their needs and budget.
1000’s of customers are calling every day after they have seen our nationwide commercials on popular TV networks. They are asking us to send representatives to their home when they are ready to buy our above ground pools. Before we do that, we pre-approve all of our customer’s credit before we agree to send you to their homes. NO COLD CALLING EVER! Our customers are pre-approved and ready to buy today! Also, we’re going to pay you $25 for every appointment you run and successfully complete the 90-minute product presentation to help you out in the beginning. How cool is that?
Our lead generation department works hard to provide you with at least 2-3 credit approved appointments every day and if you’re an average closer (which is ok), you’ll close at least 40-50% of every appointment you run! That’s 4-6 sales per week times an average commission of $600-$700 per sale plus bonuses and average $2500 - $3500 PER WEEK!!!
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultative Sales: Meet with clients to understand their preferences, space requirements, and budget to recommend suitable pool designs.
- Customer Service: Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process by addressing inquiries and providing regular updates.
Qualifications:
· Proven, verifiable, one call close, big ticket, commission only sales experience REQUIRED
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
· Valid driver’s license, social security card and reliable transportation required.
