School Hours: 8:00am - 2:30pm

$22.61 per hour Summer Program Rates
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Knowledge of School and District rules, codes, standards, and expected student behaviors;
- Skill in basic enforcement and investigative methods, techniques, and objectives;
- School and District policies on discipline, punishment, and criminal prosecution;
- Skill in conflict resolution, mediation and de-escalation techniques, methods, and objectives;
- Ability to perform security, patrol, and interview/investigative tasks;
- Monitor and handle or remove students presenting disruptive, aggressive, or other disciplinary, law enforcement, or safety problems;
- Build respectful relationships with students and others;
- Prepare, maintain, and present required security and investigative reports, records, and documentation;
- Maintain student and District confidentiality;
- Operate basic security equipment, including surveillance equipment, security imaging equipment, and a two-way radio;
- Operate standard office equipment and a personal computer using programs appropriate to assigned duties;
- Follow written and oral instructions and observe District policies and procedures;
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, teachers and staff members, Law Enforcement and District personnel;
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
