Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring effective day-to-day operations of residential programs.
- Ensure goals are met in areas including safety, quality, training, documentation, and team performance.
- Interface with External Stakeholders.
- Provide a quality assurance overview of residential homes and paperwork associated with the homes.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree with relevant management experience.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
