Your role will involve collaborating with product owners across multiple teams and working alongside other engineers to troubleshoot issues within various systems and network environments. You will analyze recurring problems, initiate solutions to prevent their reoccurrence, and assess existing infrastructure for tuning and performance enhancements.

Job Description / Requirements
- Support IT systems, including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.
- Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
- Optimize system operations and resource utilization, perform system capacity analysis and planning, and troubleshoot shooting IT Systems.
- Configure and manage operating systems and install/load operating system software; troubleshoot, maintain the integrity of, and configure network components; and implement operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
- Leverage Ansible modules to monitor system health, identify issues, and implement automated remediation strategies.
- Manage switch configuration and apply STE/STN compliance requirements to servers and network devices while supporting the 13 playbook.
- Ten (10) years’ experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s Degree.
- Proficient in Linux and Ansible skills.
- Experience with switch configuration skills and experience applying STE/STN compliance requirements to servers
