Job Description / Requirements:
- Proficient troubleshooting skills in Active Directory Infrastructure, Azure AD, Group Policies, DNS, PKI, Microsoft PowerShell, and Windows Server (2008 R2, 2012, and 2016) as well as Windows 10.
- Ability to quickly understand complex topologies and interdependencies across various technologies, particularly in 2012 or later forests/domains and intricate group policy architecture and administration.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills for the development, testing, and maintenance of software systems.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision in high-stress and high-visibility environments where time-sensitive requirements exist.
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team while also taking direction and retaining information.
- Responsible for planning, conducting, and overseeing the technical aspects of projects, as well as coordinating the efforts of technical support staff in executing assigned projects.
- Applies methods, theories, and research techniques to investigate and solve complex system requirements and problems.
- Updates and maintains training tools and documentation, and oversees implementation.
- Provides technical consultation on current and proposed systems to other organizations and clients.
- Assists in planning and performing analytical research, design development, and other assignments in alignment with design, engineering, and customer specifications.
- Due to the operational tempo, after-hours support may be required; candidates should be prepared to participate in on-call support and be available for short-notice call-ins.
- Additional knowledge in Quest ARS, GPO Admin, Password Manager, and Microsoft FIM/MIM is a plus.
- Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science and 14 years of related experience or
- High School or Equivalent 19 years of related experience
- Experience with architecting and engineering enterprise-level solutions
- IAT Level 2
