What you will be doing:
As a Project Manager, Level 0, you will work on projects in large-scale technical IT operations environments, such as event monitoring and management, security services, IP telephony, video teleconferencing, and implementation of new equipment and services.
Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of highly technical environments and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with IT professionals working in systems engineering and administration. - Provide timely communication regarding issues and solutions.
- Allocate resources effectively, including staffing, facilities, and budgets.
- Oversee the activities of the project team and provide direction and mentoring to its members.
- Exhibit strong planning skills and the ability to interface with various organizations, both internal and external.
- Adjust priorities and schedules quickly based on project needs.
- Ensure cross-discipline integration within the contract to meet government requirements.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Computer, Business, or Math-related field and two (2) years of experience in two system categories: acquisition, processing, analysis, and reporting.
- Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR), DoD 5000 series, and Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 801 policies.
- An associate’s degree combined with an additional five (5) years of relevant experience may substitute for the bachelor’s degree.
Clearance Required: Must possess an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph security clearance to be considered for this role
