As an SCCM/MCM Systems Engineer, you will be part of the Digital Services Endpoint Management Team. We are seeking an experienced Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) / Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM) system engineer to handle all aspects of SCCM administration, maintenance, and operation for our Global Enterprise Solution. This solution is used for Microsoft patch management, software distribution, operating system deployment, and hardware and software inventory across multiple networks.

- Managing boundaries and collections.
- Implementing necessary configuration changes.
- Investigating, analyzing, and resolving technical issues.
- Actively seeking ways to prevent issues from recurring or to automate responses to common problems. Job Description / Requirements:
- Solid working knowledge of the Windows registry, interaction of drivers within the OS, unattended/silent installs of Windows operating systems, Active Directory and GPOs, experience in building MSIs using automated tools, experience supporting external connected WSUS customers, experience with ServiceNow integrations is a plus, programming experience PowerShell or Python is a plus, experience with data analytics applications (Splunk OR Elastic ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, or Kibana) Stack is a plus
- Direct experience in the implementation, administration, and configuration of SCCM in a global enterprise environment (for hundreds to thousands of endpoints) across multiple air-gap networks, computer/IT professional experience with Windows Server Administrator; Win Server 2016, 2019 or 2022 OR Windows SQL Server, Extensive working knowledge of and troubleshooting experience with standard (Windows) client platform administration, configuration, rights management and file access permissions needed to remediate issues, must be proficient with troubleshooting Windows Desktop and Server OS, experience managing a desktop OS image for large corporate environments coupled with experience with desktop deployment automation architecture, design/migration and troubleshooting is highly preferred. extensive working knowledge of the Windows registry, interaction of drivers within the OS, and unattended/silent installs of Windows operating systems is highly preferred.
- High School or Equivalent and 19 years experience or
- Bachelor’s and 14 years of experience
- IAT Level 2
