As a Subject Matter Expert SIGINT, Level 3, you will be responsible for analyzing, tracking, and identifying industry trends, technologies, constraints, and priorities regarding current and projected SIGINT strategies, solutions, and challenges.
Requirements :
- Provides SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) analytic support to optimize and develop assigned DSP Algorithms; MATLAB, C, C , Linux, PYTHON.
- Provides analysis of module / model output from signals of interest to allow creation of follow-on processes.
- Independently designs and implements software modules in MATLAB or other similar design.
- Directs implementation of sub-modules necessary for processing signals of interest.
- Experience with Continuous Integration.
- Develops novel approaches for utilizing COTS and GOTS systems for creating processing solutions outside the intended use.
- Manages activities involved with SIGINT Development (SIGDEV).
Education and Experience :
Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.
