Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe manufacturing facility for all employees.
- Maintain a secure workplace, responsible for the physical operation of the plant.
- Assume the role of Acting Plant Manager during off-shifts and when the Plant Manager is not on premises.
- Review production schedules, staffing issues, and communicate with the Plant Manager prior to shifts.
