Packaging and Shipping Specialist

The Packaging and Shipping Specialist shall be responsible for packaging and shipping all daily shipments. The Packaging and Shipping Specialist will be responsible for monitoring the daily ship log to ensure that all jobs are packaged to the Indexx standard and delivered on time.
Responsibilities:

• Manage daily ship log to ensure on time deliveries.
• Maintain all Indexx standard processes and workflows within packaging area.
• Help organize local deliveries.
• Qualifications/Skills:
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must have clean driving record.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Must be able to operate a forklift and a pallet jack.
• Must be able to work well as a member of a team.
• Must be able to communicate and interact with customers and vendors in a professional and efficient manner.
