Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's years of experience at an educational institution and prior administrative experience and responsibilities. Candidates will be offered a competitive salary and are exempt from overtime within the range of $55,000 - $95,000, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities
- Work one-to-one with Middle and Upper School students enrolled in the Learning Support program to develop and strengthen their executive function skills
- Plan and prepare for student coaching meetings
- Create a positive classroom culture and community, and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Coordinate with teachers, academic advisors, administrators, the MS and US learning specialist, and learning support colleagues to advocate for and support student progress
- Communicate executive function growth with families
- Collaborate with learning support colleagues to provide a high-quality, consistent experience for all students enrolled in the Learning Support program
- Other faculty responsibilities such as duties, attending faculty meetings, advising, and as assigned by the Upper School or Middle School principal
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Experience and interest in individualized executive function coaching
- Demonstrated experience/expertise in differentiated instruction, learning success skills instruction, and small group teaching
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate a positive and trusting learning environment
- An educational philosophy that aligns with the mission and vision of Indian Creek School
- Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft products
- Federal, State background clearance and compliance with MSDE Employment History Review
