Join Our Team as an Accounting Assistant!
Are you detail-oriented, love working with numbers, and enjoy interacting with people? We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team in a part-time Accounting Assistant role, with the potential to transition to full-time based on need and performance.
In this role, you’ll play an important part in helping our members by processing payments and resolving billing questions. You’ll also collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth and accurate daily transactions. Along with these responsibilities, you’ll assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
This is a Monday through Friday, in-office position, where you’ll thrive in a professional and welcoming environment. Business casual attire is our standard, and we value a neat and professional appearance. While knowledge of Club Essential is a plus, it’s not required, and basic Excel and Word skills will come in handy.
