An accredited CMS/TJC Critical Access Hospital, located on the Navajo Reservation, is seeking full-time Physicians to join the Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, located in Crownpoint, New Mexico.
Family Practice Physicians to join the Patient Centered Medical Home Teams. These are 4/10 hours work days, with Mondays or Fridays scheduled off, no call duties, no inpatient duties, no ER or Urgent Care duties.
