(NARA NW) is a private non-profit organization that provides culturally appropriate education, physical and mental health services, and substance abuse treatment and recovery services to Native Americans, Alaska Natives, and all who seek help at NARA.
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director with a substance abuse treatment and mental health background to provide oversight and direction of the Mental Health, Alcohol and Drug Treatment (inpatient and outpatient), and Family Services Programs for adults, children, youth and elders. Requires knowledge, experience, and demonstrated competence in planning and budgeting, fiscal management, supervision, personnel management, employee performance assessment, data collection and reporting.
