Duties: This position evaluates the nursing needs of patients and develops a plan of nursing care. Qualifications: Mandatory Minimum Qualifications Experience: Four (4) years of direct work experience as an Emergency/Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) and two (2) years of leadership experience in teaching and coaching nursing staff. Education: Associate of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program. License: Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in any U.S. State or Territory. Certificate: Valid American Heart Association (AHA) certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and maintain certification. Valid American Heart Association (AHA) certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and maintain certification. Obtain valid American Heart Association (AHA) certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within six (6) months from date of hire and maintain certification. Obtain valid Emergency Nurse Association (ENA) certification in Trauma Nursing Care Course (TNCC) within one (1) year from date of hire and maintain certification.
