Type: Tribal Salary Range: $40,000 to $50,000 / Per Year Open Period: 9/10/2015 to 9/30/2015 Summary: The Program Manager is responsible for the overall operation, coordination and day-to-day activities of programs within the Health and Wellness Center, which includes, but not limited to the Health Promotions programs. Administrative duties include management of financial (i.e. funding agency requirements), operational, strategic and sustainability of programs. The Program Manager is responsible for program development, supervision, planning, evaluation, reporting and outreach to the community at-large and other health providers and agencies. The Program Manager, through planning and organization, will take a team approach that embraces empirically-based measures and maintains program outcomes and effectiveness, which include collaboration with internal and external programs and agencies. Qualifications: Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in health and/or human services or related and four or more years of previous experience administering and/or managing health promotion programs and knowledge of fitness and nutrition education principles.
