Golf Pro Shop Attendant

Indian Hills Country Club is looking for an enthusiastic & outgoing individual to provide exceptional customer service to members & guests in our Pro Shop.

As a member of the Golf Pro Shop team, you are responsible for providing our members & guests with excellent customer service and merchandise sales skills in the golf shop. The Golf Pro Shop team is required to provide members & guests with positive, informative information of our golf course and the merchandise available for sale. You will be responsible for knowing availability of tee times for the course on any particular day and the daily conditions of the course upon start of shift. Efficient use of the Point-of-Sale system is required and includes charging greens fees, cart rentals, merchandise sales and maintaining inventory at correct values.

Experience in the golf business is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Maintain a high level of superior service to our members and guests within the Golf Pro Shop.

Perform retail services and complete daily duties necessary for successful Golf Pro Shop operations.

Answer phones, respond to inquiries, book tee times, charge green fees, and perform merchandise sales & restock.

Maintain Golf Pro Shop appearance and cleanliness.
