Job Title: Painter and Maintenance Assistant

Job Summary:

Indian Hills Country Club is seeking a full-time Painter and Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in a wide range of painting skills and drywall repair. General knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, and electrical systems is also preferred. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work, maintains an organized work area, and is capable of working independently as well as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality painting and maintenance tasks, ensuring that all areas of the club remain in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform interior and exterior painting and drywall repairs to maintain the club's aesthetic standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation/area
• Provide minor repairs across various systems, including plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and electrical when needed
• Ensure tasks are completed with high attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Take the initiative to resolve problems efficiently and effectively
• Work independently and unsupervised while also collaborating within a team setting
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored
• Uphold the values of the club through excellent work ethic, a positive attitude, and dedication to high-quality output

Qualifications:

• In depth knowledge of interior and exterior painting
• Proven experience in painting and drywall repair.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision in all tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
• Able to work in both solo and team environments.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• High level of skill and proficiency in interior and exterior painting
• General maintenance knowledge including plumbing, HVAC, and of mechanical and electrical systems

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Trade / technical school degree or certification preferred

Experience:

• 1 year of previous experience in painting or maintenance related field required

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, generally Monday through Friday with occasional weekend and holiday hours required.
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical labor involved, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary $24-$28 an hour
• Health Benefits after 90 Days Full Time Employees
