Indian Hot Springs Facility Operations Technician
- $21.00 per hour tips (pooled with all facilities)
- Full Time or Part Time
- This is a backfill position. Though we are looking for flexibility in availability, we expect this position to work mostly Wednesday through Sunday mornings after the training period.
Our Facility Operations position is a crucial position for Indian Hot Springs. You’ll be maintaining our full facility with a specific focus on the technologies used for our mineral water. This position requires responsible individuals that are able to work with one another to solve problems every single day.

Job Duties:
- Inspects buildings, grounds, and equipment of unsafe or malfunctioning conditions and reporting those conditions to head of maintenance
- Responds to Front Desk calls relaying guest room issues and resolves these issues
- Routine Facility checks
- Operate large machinery and equipment
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment
- Special projects and other duties may be assigned as needed
- Complies with all company policies, procedures and follows protocol.
- Work with all team members to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License or ID
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Must be Dependable, Responsible, and a Great Team Player
- Holds themselves accountable as well as their team
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Respond quickly and/or able to provide solutions that require immediate attention
- Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment and products
- No previous experienced required.
