What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Retail Manager position at INDIAN LADDER FARMS?
Indian Ladder Farms (ILF) is seeking an energetic, tech savvy, people person with an interest in marketing local agricultural products to assist our Retail Manager. This full time, year round position range 35 – 45 hours. Weekend and evening work will be required depending on the season.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Ensure accurate and complete communication internally and externally
- Oversight of ILF’s Square POS system for farm market and PYO
- Management of online store
- Marketing Farm products
- Assist the Retail Manager with inventory control, stocking, ordering, pricing
- Works as part of a close team of department managers
Compensation: $20 per hour
