We are Westchester County's Indian Motorcycle of White Plains franchise dealership in need of a qualified Parts Sales Consultant / Service Writer ready to hit the ground running! Your specific duties in this role will include:

Building relationships with customers and consulting with them to determine their needs.

Job Requirements:

As a Parts Sales Consultant / Service Writer you must be a self-starter with strong initiative and a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction. You must also be able to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment, both independently and as part of a team. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication skills and that you are able to effectively build relationships with clients in order to ensure a high level of customer service, as well as generate return business, and referrals.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

• People person (must)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; the internet and mathematics
• Ability to maintain proper dress code and professional appearance in accordance with dealership policies
