Indian River Colony Club is now hiring an experienced Server for a Full Time position. Superior Pay and Benefits. 20% Gratuity. We are a Country Club community of almost 900 homes located in Viera, Florida. We are a well established corporation and offer a great working environment. At Ease Club Server
General Purpose: Under the direction of the Dining Room Manager, insure that all guests receive quality food and friendly personalized service in a clean environment. To be at best in appearance and attitude to insure guests are happy.
Essential Functions:
- Provide prompt service with a friendly approach.
- Knowledgeable of menu items and daily specials.
- Maintain a neat table and personal appearance.
- Refer to members by name when possible and greet everyone with a courteous smile and attitude.
- Expedite service in a mannerly fashion.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:
- At least one (1) year server experience in the hospitality industry. Private Country Club experience preferred.
- Ability to perform computer operations. Jonas Software experience a plus.
- Ability to know customer needs and wants without having to ask to the best of their ability.
- Able to work flexible hours to include holidays, weekends and evenings as needed to fulfill job requirements.

Salary: $30,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
