Description:
The Campus Operations Support is responsible for assisting in maintaining a safe and clean campus while supporting the mission, vision and values of Indian Rock Church and School. This role requires attention to detail and hands-on problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth functioning of the facilities and equipment to uphold the church’s ministry.
- Must give testimony and evidence of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and sense the call of God to a serving ministry.
- Help inspect the building, grounds, and equipment to ensure proper maintenance and safety in compliance with local and state building codes and safety regulations
- Helping facilitate campus readiness for Sundays and other special services
- Support cleaning and custodial services
- Assists in repair and maintenance requests as instructed by supervisor
- Basic Knowledge of the use of equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, etc.
- Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing and walking.
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

- Must be an active member of Indian Rocks as defined below:
- Regular attendance in worship services
- Regular attendance/involvement in an Indian Rocks Connection Group or Small Group
- Committed to systematic stewardship and faithful in tithing.
- Responsible to perform the other duties as assigned and approved by supervising personnel to include, but not limited to: Lead Pastor, Church Administrator, Associate Pastors, Generations Pastor or Personnel Committee
