Job Overview
Indian Shores RV Resort & Campground is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events at the campground, including group activities, themed special events, and private events. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a passion for creating memorable experiences in an outdoor setting.
Responsibilities
- Planning and implementing events and activities
- Handling event logistics, setup, and clean-up
- Creating and maintaining event budgets to ensure financial goals are met
- Understanding campground needs to ensure guest satisfaction
- Post-event evaluation to establish future success
- Work closely with other campground staff and management to ensure smooth operations
- Making preparations to adapt to changes in weather conditions and other outdoor variables that may impact execution
