Requirements
- Prefer previous experience at a golf club in the area of bag room, golf cart, or driving range, but not necessary.
- Provide outstanding Customer Service to all Members and Guests.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license in order to operate any vehicle onsite, including gas vehicles and electric vehicles.
- All vehicles must be driven slowly at all times and with extreme caution.
- Load golf bags for Members and Guests onto Golf Carts.
- Ability to lift golf bags up to 25 pounds and return them to their proper position on a daily basis.
- Cart Wash Area/Trash Cans are cleaned at the end of the day.
- Opening/Closing Shift Leader checklist is completed every day.
- Assist with Tournament Setup/Breakdown during Tournament Days.
- Responsible for properly receiving/returning golf bags to the Bag Drop Area.
- Assist Members with Lost and Found items such as Golf Clubs and Headcovers.
