Job Summary
Sam's Social Club at Indian Springs Resort is seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, managing reservations, and ensuring efficient seating arrangements. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing guest relations within our restaurant environment.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Manage reservations and waitlists using the Aloha POS system to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
- Assist in coordinating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Utilize phone etiquette when answering calls for reservations or inquiries about the restaurant.
- Support overall guest services by providing assistance as needed throughout the dining experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
