Indiana Behavior Analysis Academy (IBAA) offers positions at three expanding locations (all in Kokomo, IN). You’ll have the opportunity to work at our Early Learning Center (ages 2 yrs - 7 yrs), our Intermediate Learning Center (ages 7 yrs -18 yrs) or at our IBAA and Options Charter School location (ages 10 yrs -18 yrs). We are now accepting applications for part-time and full-time Monday through Friday. Part-time positions require some flexibility in scheduled hours.

IBAA takes pride in our training and supervision system. You’ll work closely with our Training Coordinator and talented management team. You’ll also be matched with an experienced therapist. For those currently not certified, you'll be taught all of the skills you’ll need to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Your success is our success!

Experience working with children in a childcare, education, or pediatric healthcare setting is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect data on client behavior and progress towards goals.
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in client care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client sessions and progress.
Requirements
-18 years-old or older
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Reliable transportation
-Ability to participate in a virtual or phone interview
-Able to adapt to situations quickly and with a positive attitude
-Ability to pass a background check
Physical Requirements:
-You may be asked to engage in activities that require you to lift, push or pull 35 pounds.
-Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crouch, walk, run, keep up with the pace of your assigned learner.
