What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Security Manager ICC position at Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium?
Summary :
This position is responsible for developing, overseeing & directing all security functions at ICC. Accountability is to the LOS Stadium Director.
Job Responsibilities :
- Strategic oversight of ICC including outlining new department structure & filling roles
- Primary accountability of security to CIB
- Corporate security policies and governance across ICC
- Developing and implementing crisis management and assisting with business continuity plans
- Budgeting and procurement
- Ownership of relationship with security contractors and vendors
- Management of all security employees at ICC
- Providing strategic counsel to CIB Executive Staff
- Maintaining high-level liaison with IMPD, ISP, and other federal and local security and safety agencies
- Interfacing with clients as required in order to contextualize the security program and guide clients on security practices for ICC and LOS as part of their event planning
