Position Summary:
This is an Accounting position that is responsible for a variety of analytical, accounting and auditing functions and the preparation and maintenance of reports. Solid knowledge of Accounting principles and processes is instrumental for success. Accountability is to the CFO. This position also requires the flexibility to act autonomously at all times while adhering to overall department and company policies and procedures.
This is a 100% in person position, remote work is not available.
Job Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in accounting or related field is required; and/or combination of education and experience. A Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.) or other further degree is a plus. CPA or CFA credentials a plus.

Job Responsibilities:
- Research, track, analyze and evaluate financial, performance, industry, economic and other data
- Develop predictive financial models
- Develop forecasting tools to automate data analysis
- Identify trends, assess risks, forecast business outcomes, and prepare recommendations
- Write data-backed reports to support the management team
- Help the management team make strategic business decisions, identify efficiencies and inefficiencies, or various other opportunities
- Perform audits of contracts and processes
- Perform lease versus buy analysis
- Document and develop policies and procedures
- Back-up to other employees in department
- Various other projects as assigned by the CFO or Executive Director
