What are the responsibilities and job description for the Homeless Case Manager position at Indiana County Community Action Program?
This is a full time position (35 hours per week) and is responsible for working with families and individuals to identify housing needs and to establish a housing plan, a goal plan, and service plan in addition to service delivery, information, referral and follow up. Benefits available, some with a minimal contribution by the employee. Paid holidays, sick, vacation and personal time; vacation and personal time available to use after successful completion of 6 months training. Requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Also requires Act 33 and 34 clearances, and FBI clearance with finger printing which are paid for by the employer.
