Play a key role in keeping things running smoothly! As an evening Operations Manager, you will help keep our community moving safely and efficiently.
Shift:
Wednesday - Sunday
- When IUP is in session, shift is 5:30PM to 1:30AM
- When IUP is not in session, shift is 3:30PM to 11:30pm
Job Duties:
- Provide quality leadership and oversee activities of evening dispatch, operators, and maintenance staff.
- Quickly and efficiently communicate delays, interruptions, incidents, and unplanned events to IndiGO office staff.
- Assist with effectively managing and using all program related data bases, including our Transit Software such as Ecolane, Modeshift, and Avail.
- Operate in revenue service, if needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service responding to and resolving inquiries from the public including schedule, routing and stops for both fixed route and shared ride.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Commercial Driver's License, class B with passenger and air brake endorsement
- At least one (1) year of managerial experience.
