COMPENSATION: Base salary $45,240/year

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Seeking an organized and responsible person for a full-time position.
This position is responsible for normal office manager duties such as:
payroll, budget, obtaining supplies, organizing events, financial
responsibilities, grant oversight and management, and more as explained in
the essential job functions. This position is also responsible for obtaining
discovery in each criminal case for the DA office and providing a copy to
the defense attorneys. Victim services provides a broad array of services to
victims, witnesses, and family members according to the guidelines under
the RASA (Rights and Services Act) Grant Program administered by the
Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD).
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Proficient with Excel, Word, with excellent computer skills and
- Ability to carry out assignments requiring the organization of material
- Ability to interact and work well with various law enforcement
- Must be able to pay close attention to details.
