What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Indiana Estate & Elder Law?
Great opportunity to join a growing estate and elder law firm! We're seeking an Associate Attorney to join our busy practice, assisting clients with Estate Planning (Wills, Trusts, etc.), Probate/Trust Administration, and Elder Law (Medicaid, Guardianships, etc.).
Compensation- Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 annually (firm, non-negotiable)

- Primary office located in Fishers, Indiana
- Regular travel to satellite offices in Rockville and Wabash required
- In-office position (remote work not available)
- Standard business hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We have established a structured training program for new associates focusing on:
- Developing technical knowledge in estate and elder law
- Building behind-the-scenes expertise in our practice areas
- Note: Direct client interaction will be limited during the first year as you build expertise
