Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, complaints, product/service information, and troubleshooting. Your goal will be to ensure customers have a positive experience with our company and leave with their issues resolved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our products/services and assist customers with purchasing, billing, and other related issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause, offering solutions, and following up as needed.
- Maintain customer records by accurately entering and updating information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and customer experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
- A positive, professional attitude and a desire to help others.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
