Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of therapy services within assigned facilities.
- Manage and support a team of therapists to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) or relevant healthcare degree preferred.
- Proven experience in nurse management or healthcare administration.
- Strong knowledge of medical records management and documentation practices.
- Familiarity with Cerner or similar electronic health record systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage staff and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
