IHC in South Bend, Indiana, (Western Avenue) is seeking a Family Medicine Physician (M.D./D.O.) passionate about providing healthcare services to the underserved population in the area. - $225,000-$230,000 guaranteed salary
- $100,000 loan repayment

Requirements:- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from an accredited school of medicine
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana
- Completion of an accredited Residency Program
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
- Commitment to the mission of Indiana Health Centers, Inc.
- Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH
Salary : $225,000 - $230,000
